The workings of this platform intrigues me. I know they could tell us exactly why results trend the way they do. They have to in order to stay afloat.

My current goals on the platform are strictly aligned with personal/emotional and educational growth. Anything in earnings is negligible maybe because my activity is low. The reading is consistent but the writing is always sporadic. That said, something happened yesterday that through me for a loop. I posted a personal story with emotional triggers in it. The responses started coming but they were very odd. People would highlight and such but there were no claps. I started to ruminate. After mentioning it to a couple of people I'm told the platform was malfunctioning and the algorithm wasn't posting hand claps correctly. After reading your account I wonder if it affected other areas?
