These platforms don't always play nice. I'm on FB as joejohn black. I posted it on Oct 17. I was surprised by the engagement—much, much more than if I posted it here. Honestly, I understand there are many ways to connect and feel like I've made a difference. It can be as much as a smile. Still, I want the connection to include a larger group. I was raised in a home where they did all they could to destroy that part of me I knew was natural.
