Leonard that is a great article! Especially in this increasingly technical workplace/work-from-home environment. The job market for professionals requires vigilant interpersonal savvy. Emotional intelligence is every bit as important as cognitive intelligence. My employer, for the past 16 years, has required that I take an annual certification about its social media policy. And on harassment, business ethics, etc.
In any job I've had, I always lived by their rules, knowing it was my choice to be there.
