I'm in touch with my sixth sense, and, looking back, I remember instances when it compelled me to act accordingly and when I probably, unfortunately, chose to ignore it because logic proposed easier or more rational choices. For most of my life, I thought intuition was purely spiritual; nowadays, I believe it's composed of biology and physics. I think your methods of improving susceptibility are spot on. I also believe it's innate to everything that exists and is akin to such occurrences as Deja vu, phantom limb, contact with apparitions, synchronicity, and the reason why people who experience the same event might, years later, recall it differently, even to the recall being precisely opposite among those concerned. I think our choices spawn multiple universes that sometimes intersect as brief interactions with our authentic alternate selves. Biophysicists are testing this quantum-based hypothesis and have not disproved it.
