I'm happy, as always, to have read your words, Sheri. Yesterday, I wrote an opening paragraph for a piece that has remarkable synchronism with what I highlighted. It explores those emotions that pass through us.

I'm led to wonder if I, being part of the processes of nature, am ultimately subject to its laws rather than an ideology of free will. My freedom feels unlimited yet framed. For instance, in the rhythm of my breath, I sense there is peace yet friction between me, who needs to survive, and a dimensionless yet energetic law of nature. It's the friction that feels curious. That sensation flow fills an asymptote where I feel distinct life forces coexisting as laws of mind and science that bear summaries of conscious experience. The friction is my school of thought, and that metaphysical mixture changes everything. I attend its consequences with undeterred diligence—a hopeful collier discerning signs of precious ore.

Now dissecting thoughts and emotions, pinning words, then commentary to the facets, curating and sharing them as legends of my being. Then they’re on their own.
