I'm a righty that learned to go left playing basketball. As is turns out the now calls for that ability or I never would have progressed. It also came in handy the time I broke my right wrist in a tournament final baseball game. We didn't have a substitute so I did everything from the left and finished the game. I didn't realize it at the time but mindfulness techniques have been a part of different training regimines for a long time. You make a great point, knowing to go in an unfamiliar direction is priceless.
