Cold weather, and I hope we never live together again. I damaged the nerves in my feet due to regular play in northern winter wear and tear, plus those few years in high school running cross-country races barefoot on the icy, snow-covered paths. I had no clue that 55 years later, I'd feel the consequences; however, gratefully, I've learned to block the pain without prescription meds. And do everything I want.🏃‍♂️🤞
